Assured Cleaning Services Successfully Pass First ISO Surveillance Audit

Following their successful ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification in December 2025, Assured Cleaning Services have now successfully completed their first surveillance audit, maintaining certification to both standards.

AlineX has continued to support the team since their initial certification, helping ensure the management system remains practical, effective and part of the day-to-day running of the business.

The first surveillance audit is an important milestone following certification. Rather than simply checking that procedures are still in place, the audit looks at how the management system has been maintained, how the business is monitoring its performance and whether improvements continue to be made.

For Assured Cleaning Services, this included areas such as quality and environmental objectives, internal audits, management review, operational controls, customer requirements and the ongoing management of environmental impacts across the business.

The successful surveillance audit demonstrates that ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 haven't simply been treated as certificates on the wall, but as systems that continue to support the way the business operates.

It has been great to continue working with Tom and the team following their initial certification and to see the management system develop over the past year.
