More Than ISO Consultants
AlineX was founded with one simple goal — to make ISO certification practical, straightforward and genuinely valuable for businesses.
After spending years working both within industry and as a third-party Certification Auditor, I saw first-hand that too many organisations viewed ISO as a paperwork exercise. I knew there had to be a better way.
Today, AlineX works with businesses across the UK to build management systems that not only achieve certification but actually improve the way organisations operate.
As the business has grown, so has the team behind it.
Meet The Team
Rob Westwood - Founder & Lead ISO Consultant
I founded AlineX after spending more than a decade working in Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety roles across manufacturing, logistics and consultancy.
Before launching AlineX, I worked as a Lead Certification Auditor, assessing organisations against ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. That experience gave me a unique perspective — I know what certification bodies expect because I've been the person asking the questions.
Today I spend most of my time helping organisations achieve certification, carrying out internal audits, developing integrated management systems and supporting businesses with continual improvement. My aim has always been the same: build systems that work in the real world, not just during an audit.
When I'm not visiting clients, you'll usually find me adding yet another feature to the website, thinking up new tools for businesses, or convincing myself that this will be the week I finally stop tweaking things.

Eileish Dargan - Business Development Director
Whilst Rob spends most of his time with clients, Eileish keeps AlineX moving behind the scenes.
With a professional background in logistics, supply chain operations and sustainability, including roles with Aldi Head Office and Jaguar Land Rover, she brings a different perspective to the business—focusing on organisation, planning and continual improvement.
Eileish supports everything from business operations and project planning to developing training resources, improving internal systems, managing accounts and helping shape the future direction of AlineX. She's also the person most likely to remind Rob about deadlines, invoices and the fact that emails don't reply to themselves.
As AlineX continues to grow, she's helping develop new training courses, improve our digital systems and make sure the business runs as smoothly behind the scenes as it does for our clients.

Elvis The Greyhound - Chief Happiness Officer
Every successful business needs someone responsible for keeping spirits high, and Elvis takes his role very seriously. Whether it's greeting visitors, supervising home office activities or reminding us that it's definitely lunchtime, Elvis is never far away.
Whilst he hasn't quite mastered ISO standards (yet), he has perfected the art of boosting morale and making even the busiest workdays a little more enjoyable.

Elton The Whippet - Chief Cuddle & Mischief Manager
Don't let the elegant greyhound look fool you—Elton's true talents lie in cuddles, sofa ownership and finding creative ways to make everyone smile (usually by doing something he probably shouldn't).
When he's not curled up somewhere impossibly comfortable, Elton can usually be found following the team around the office, encouraging regular cuddle breaks or quietly investigating anything that's been left unattended for more than a few seconds. His approach to life is simple: if it looks interesting, it probably deserves investigating.
Whilst Elvis keeps morale high, Elton specialises in reminding everyone that work-life balance should definitely include plenty of fuss and the occasional afternoon nap.
