CYBIST Ltd Achieve ISO 9001 Certification

In May 2026, AlineX worked with CYBIST Ltd as they successfully achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification following completion of their Stage 2 assessment.

The project focused on developing a quality management system that reflected the way the business already operated while improving consistency, structure, and control across key operational activities. The objective throughout the process was to create a management system that was practical, straightforward to maintain, and genuinely beneficial to the day-to-day running of the business.

Working closely with the team, the implementation covered operational processes, document control, risks and opportunities, supplier management, internal auditing, corrective actions, and management review activities. The system was designed around the organisation itself to ensure it remained workable and aligned with the way the business operates in practice.

Preparation for the Stage 2 assessment involved supporting the team in demonstrating how the management system had been implemented throughout the business and how continual improvement was being maintained across operational activities.

The assessment process was completed successfully, resulting in certification to the ISO 9001 standard.
