Helping Assured Cleaning Services Achieve ISO 9001 & ISO 14001

In December 2025, AlineX supported Assured Cleaning Services in achieving ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) certification.

Assured Cleaning Services wanted to strengthen their internal processes and demonstrate to clients that they operate to recognised international standards. We worked closely with their team to develop a practical management system that reflected how the business actually operates, rather than creating unnecessary paperwork.

The focus was on keeping things simple and effective — identifying key processes, setting up the right policies and procedures, and preparing the team for the certification audits. By taking a straightforward approach, the business was able to move through the process smoothly and achieve certification in December.
