Supporting Profind in Achieving ISO 9001 & ISO 45001

In March 2026, AlineX supported Profind in successfully achieving ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management) certification following their Stage 2 audit.

Profind set out to formalise their systems and demonstrate a clear commitment to both quality and the health & safety of their operations. The goal was not just certification, but to build a management system that genuinely supports how the business runs day-to-day.

Working closely with the team, we focused on developing a practical and usable system — aligning processes, defining responsibilities, and ensuring key risks were properly understood and controlled. The approach was kept simple and grounded in reality, avoiding unnecessary complexity while still meeting the requirements of both standards.

Preparation for the Stage 2 audit centred around ensuring confidence across the business — from leadership through to operational delivery — so that the system could be demonstrated effectively to the certification body. This resulted in a smooth audit process and successful certification.
